uplinkearth Collects the Following Information:

Registration

In order to use this Web site, you must first complete the order form and create a user name and password. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest and Essential/Emergent issues that occur which may have a direct correlation to your service experience. Orders

In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.

uplinkearth Uses Information in the Following Way:

   These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

To cancel an account an account in its entirety, one must visit cancel.uplinkearth.com. If one wishes to cancel a specific service as apposed to the account in its entirety, we request that you contact customer support via the information above.

Further, customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from uplinkearth and uplinkearth partners by opting out of such mailing in their administrative control panel. Customers must identify: service purchased from uplinkearth, domain name (if applicable), contact information, and the date the service was purchased. However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from uplinkearth which is essential for maintaining or updating customers' accounts or system information.
